Dawson was an amazing help getting the dream apartment in Hong Kong in a very short period of time. He was highly professional, organized, flexible and accommodating! He prepared a detailed briefing according to my needs so that I could visit the apartments straight after landing in Hong Kong. After understanding my needs in detail, he tailored the offering and negotiated with all parties involved on my behalf. The whole process was managed highly efficiently - especially important since I had to fly out after just two weeks and had only very limited time to select the flat. Dawson also prepared all the documentation very carefully and pointed out some local specifics I would definitely have missed on my own.
