Elsa was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Consequently, we did not waste any time and all the flats that Elsa picked for me were viable options. I enjoyed my time with Elsa and she was helpful, honest, and direct about the whole process. Elsa was also a strong advocate for me and made sure to obtain full and complete information about the flat prior to my signing the Tenancy Agreement. I would work with Elsa over and over again and have referred her to multiple friends.

She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.

With Shirley’s extensive experience and knowledge we were able to identify, view, negotiate and close on a deal within a short period of time. She was intelligent and efficient in her approach, and was professional about the way she handled our requests.
