Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. Very professional, well versed on the background of every area and property viewed, selected properties that matched our criteria and Andrea has endless patience with undecided clients. She does not use pressure tactics to force a sale, which is a rare plus and she is always available on her phone.
