I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

I perceived Jayde as very friendly and professional, while also being remarkably honest and direct, which was incredibly important for me to build the necessary trust. Additionally, she was very responsive—whenever I had any questions, I could always count on a prompt reply. She consistently made me feel like she truly understood what mattered to me.
