This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Third time lucky!! i am not sure if I could have found anyone else to be this patient as an agent in HK. Thank you Andrea. I am really enjoying my stay in the new place. Nina is brilliant and super efficient and made moving to HK so much easier for us! She quickly grasped what we were looking for and did a fabulous job in finding us the most convenient and safe place to live in a short span of time. Nina has been very friendly and helpful with questions we had regarding life in HK, which helped us with schooling and other decisions. My son started calling her "Nina, mommy's friend" and I felt the same way about her. It was easy to trust her! She is a great agent and we can honestly recommend her!!!

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
