I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional. She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.

My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked.
