If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day. Anil went above and beyond his duty and even helped me to switch utilities account - no agent has ever done that. Do I recommend Anil? 1000/10 will. Don't think! Reach out to him if you need a flat!
