Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Throughout the process, Jayde has provided a good range of options for us to explore and made herself available when required. She provided good advice when we needed and was not pushy or trying to upsell us. We would definitely come back to Jayde when we need to move again.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Shirley is hands-down the best agent we have ever worked with, and I don’t say that lightly. She has exceptional dedication to her craft, and works long hours to ensure her client’s questions are answered – she truly goes above and beyond. Without hesitation, Shirley has always made us feel like a top priority. She is incredibly responsive to all matters ranging from house-hunting to helping us communicate with the Landlord on various issues post-move in.
