Stephanie guided us through Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung and helped us to understand the area. She was extremely well-organised and attentive from day one, and certainly went beyond our expectations. When it came to assessing the different property options, her guidance was invaluable as Stephanie knows the area inside out. In addition, her knowledge of transaction structuring, the roles of the bank and lawyers, also made a difference, as were her insights on the neighbourhoods. Landing in HK for the first time with a target to find a home with our 7 year old daughter was the target. Rosa nailed it!  The service level was second to none.  From the preparation before, viewings and the follow ups.  Rosa provides the full end to end service! 

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
