Thanks to your company, I have recently leased my apartment at Stanford Villa by your agent Mary Yu on first viewing. I am writing to express my gratitude for her professionalism. Her intelligence, competence, diligence and demeanour make her one of the best property agents I have encountered.

...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. Shirley was found via internet property search. She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time.
