We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

A quick note to say thank you for the help in our recent letting in Tai Hang, your assistance, professionalism, delivery, and directional advise with this rental was AAA+. There was not a query or question on the many steps or the best way to approach these that you could not assist with. We will no doubt be in contact for more advice but to this stage your services were second to none and helped our family find the perfect spot in record time.
