Tommy went above and beyond to help me find a place that genuinely had the things that I was looking for. He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Tommy supported my move and additional requests and provided an excellent level of service meeting me close to work and genuinely making things as easy as possible for me. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
