My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. I am sure will introduce my friend to Shirley:)
