He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.
