Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Gertrude was very helpful in finding an apartment that met our criteria. She was also a great resource to help us with adjusting to life in Hong Kong as we just moved from New York. She was very prompt with her communication and made it an easy experience overall.
