Working with Sonam Thadani in securing our rental apartment last spring was a pleasure. This was our third move within Hong Kong and, after working with other brokers, we truly saw the difference that made working with her entirely remarkable and worth it. Sonam was diligent in her efforts to find apartments that met our criteria while also keeping us in check with current market trends and pricing. Furthermore, she exercised patience (and perseverance) in scheduling viewings and following through with negotiations with counterparties. Once all of the papers were signed, Sonam’s continued efforts assured that the transition to our new apartment was as seamless as possible. Should we find ourselves in the position to move within Hong Kong again, we will not hesitate to engage Sonam Thadani once more.

We’ve worked with Suk-yin (Shirley) again this year when our 2-year tenancy contract ran out to find a slightly bigger flat to fit our needs. As before - Shirley was very efficient and went above and beyond so we could rent another beautiful place - super smooth throughout from negotiation to handover.

Working with Anil was an excellent experience. He understood my requirements and worked extremely hard to make it happen, all while being courteous and patient. Anil's negotiation skills are also second to none. I will definitely be recommending him to friends in the near future.
