Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. Cindy has been helpful from start to finish. She helped us arranged the transfer of our utilities to our new place and helped contact the landlord with small issues.
