I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord.
