Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. Shirley is absolutely the best agent possible to help you find a home in Hong Kong. She’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the business inside out. She knew what we wanted and provided a selection of flats that fitted our standards so we didn’t have to waste time viewing too many flats. She’s good at negotiation. She’s a great problem solver. We had some small issues and she solved them with good attitude. She’s very capable in many ways. We can’t thank her enough for getting us our dream home in Hong kong.

The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!).
