My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. We spent a few weeks in Hong Kong looking for possible locations in May 2016 and having decided on Discovery Bay asked Nina to help us find a perfect premises for our needs.Nina showed us a selection of properties that all met the specifications, helped us chose one, negotiated an arrangement with the landlord and another agent, organised all the paperwork, sorted the opening of utility accounts, picked up the keys and checked the property, met us when we arrived and welcomed us to DB. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. As our realtor, Shirley has been dedicated and persistent in trying to find the best rental apartment that fits our requirements.
