Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

Jody is professional. She addressed and resolved issues before client realized a problem may exist. Jody simplified the stressful, time consuming experience of searching for a new home, saved inordinate quantities of client billable time through her excellent efficiency. She listened to client and is a delightful, cordial person whose interest was to help the client find the "perfect new home." I highly recommended Jody to my professional and personal contacts as "THE" agent for any and all Real Estate requirements. In conclusion, Jody is simply wonderful!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
