Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. He did not waste our time and responded promptly to our views, picking up quickly what would not suit us.
He was patient and not pushy. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent.
When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1.
We would certainly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a home in Hong Kong.
