This is my first time renting (by myself/young female) and at the beginning I had heard a lot about the challenges, frustrations and even scams other people faced, so I was prepared for this to be a long and tough journey. However finding OKAY agency and meeting Ola has completely changed my mind. Ola was professional throughout, very understanding towards my needs/ what I am looking for, and very helpful in explaining the entire process and resolving all my questions. I am of course very happy to have found the right place but what tops it off is how smooth and pleasant the entire experience is, just being able to trust and count on my agent makes all the difference.
