She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease. Soi was also a pleasure to work with throughout. I would not doubt to recommend her services.
