My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Ruby was extremely diligent and professional throughout the entire process, not to mention friendly and pleasant. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. The fact that Ruby went above and beyond deserves special recognition.

Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general.
