I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. She was AMAZING! She listened to what we wanted and understood our non-negotiables. She showed us a variety of different properties and was really useful at pointing things out and askjng questions while we were looking around.
