Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. Outstanding level of service from a thorough professional and charming lady.
