For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006.
