My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

We were introduced to Chris by a mutual friend and he has delivered everything we had hoped to have when looking for our first apartment in HK. From the first meeting where we outlined our requirements he was diligent and focused in finding the right apartment without wanting us to spend too much time looking at places he knew we wouldn’t like. I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control. I was out of the country and really depended on her for everything. She worked tirelessly to make all sides happy with the transaction. She really went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed and grateful.
