NOVUM EAST is situated in the heart of the Eastern District adjacent to Braemar Hill on King’s Road, not far from the Quarry Bay MTR station and Taikoo Place. It was completed in 2019 and developed by Henderson Land Development. The design was carried out by VIA Architecture Ltd. The overall design concept of this estate combines tiling textures coupled with delicate timber motifs all blended together with a host of green elements intended to link people and nature. The project features a 29-storey tower, comprising 464 units in total. Multiple unit types are available, ranging from studios as well as one-and two-bedroom units with saleable sizes from 193 to 451 sq.ft. All units are equipped with an open kitchen and balconies or flat roofs. The clubhouse on the 2/F provides a distinctive gathering space for residents to enjoy a wide range of pleasant leisure activities.
