Having just moved to Hong Kong, navigating the rental property market was daunting but Tammy made it so much easier. She was thorough in her explanation of all the documentation and processes; helped me narrow down locations based on my specific requirements; highly responsive and always forthcoming with advice + help (not just on properties - ask her anything). I'm very pleased with the support she provided throughout the process of securing my current flat, and will happily contact her directly whenever I decide to move again.

Elsa was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Consequently, we did not waste any time and all the flats that Elsa picked for me were viable options. I enjoyed my time with Elsa and she was helpful, honest, and direct about the whole process. Elsa was also a strong advocate for me and made sure to obtain full and complete information about the flat prior to my signing the Tenancy Agreement.
