My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations.
