Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in. My lease in my previous flat was set to run out, but my landlord, in the midst of a sale of the unit which I was renting, gave me only three weeks notice. Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat.
