He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. My lease in my previous flat was set to run out, but my landlord, in the midst of a sale of the unit which I was renting, gave me only three weeks notice. Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat.
