Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Lala was extremely patient and accomodated my needs when searching for a flat. She was also full of very helpful insights about each area we viewed. A real pleasure to work with!

Jane was always available to take my calls and to accompany me on inspections at my convenience. We looked at a number of flats and I was thankful for Jane's great advice and knowledge of the market. She did a stellar job in negotiating a great rent for me.
