We worked with Daniel to rent our first-ever apartment in Hong Kong after relocating from New York. I would like to share my great experience with Daniel being my agent. It started after I browsed online and found a nice place on www.OKAY.com. I sent a request to be contacted and Daniel promptly contacted me. We arranged a visit for the evening and from there everything went very smooth. Daniel provided me very good advice and was able to negotiate for me a better price. He also helped having all the furniture and washing machine removed, which the landlord was not initially very keen to do.
