Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
