Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. Mary helped us search through countless apartments until my wife and I found the one we truly loved. She is proactive, attentive and very hands-on. Communication with her was always easy. She’s also very accommodating, sincere and genuinely cares about her clients. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay.
