It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.

He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.

The Hong Kong rental market is apparently a dreadful place. However, my experience could not have been more pleasant. Claire managed my expectations from the first call right through to offer. She listened to every requirement I had and advised me when I was being unrealistic. I looked at three flats in one afternoon and made an accepted offer in less than 24 hours. Claire could not have been easier to work with and I will be telling any friends that are looking for a new flat to rent in Hong Kong that she is the one stop shop!
