Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong.
