I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional. Jayde did a great job in finding an excellent tenant that fit my expectations. Prior to working with her, I had rejected a number of offers over the past couple of months. Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule.
