Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Suk Yin (Shirley) truly listens and understands our needs. All her property proposals matched the requirements we put forward (you know, most agents just sell what they want to sell and propose flats way out of the client’s budget!). In the course of confirming the contract, her swift response to our numerous requests and questions, and that all the paper works were decently processed indeed helped relieve our stress of moving home.
