Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises. Her friendliness, good nature and thoroughness made her a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, extremely good company when going about the punishing business of finding your dream apartment. Shirley has been extremely helpful to assist us to research our home on the South Side. We encountered a difficult situation that our Landlord wished to renovate the building and we have to leave our premises for a few months. Despite the difficulties to search for a short lease, Shirley has been extremely diligent to assist us. I am sure will introduce her to my friends for home searching.

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods.
