I arrived in HK only 2 months ago and needed to find somewhere that is close to work (in Wanchai) and would be a peaceful sanctuary when I return home from a busy day. This seemed an impossible task; but in the short space of a couple of weeks, Dorothy Poon sussed out my personal preferences and requirements. Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. I would recommend her professional services to anyone looking to make Discovery Bay their home.
