Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. Shirley was very professional, proactive and patient with me when I was looking for a property to purchase. Still remember she called me up right away after she was assigned to help me. During the phone conversation, she would ask me questions about my criteria, told me what I should be looking for in my case and budget. She then sent me a list of property that we would be viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she would tell me what I should be checking, small things that she observed and told me the pros and cons of each property. I’ve learnt a lot of profession tips from Shirley after all the property viewing trips. I really appreciate her sincerity and her help during the entire process.
