Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Shirley and OKAY Property. I’d love to refer her/the company to my friends.

Upon helping us find a new flat to rent, Vincent made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and did careful due diligence on each apartment he showed us. Because I am pregnant, he understood what we needed in a new flat and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not fit our criteria. He was very thorough in his search and honest with feedback on each building. He helped liaise between us and the landlord and helped to negotiate the price to fit our budget. We were extremely pleased with how quickly and easy our search went due to Vincent’s strong work ethic. He was quick to return our calls and meet us if we needed anything! Frankie is by far the best property consultant I have ever worked with. She is very personable, listens, understands, and provided a comprehensive / on-point list of properties for viewing which all met expectations. She was efficient during the lease negotiation.
