I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.

Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes.
