Daphne is such a professional perfectionist who I haven’t encountered in a long time. She has been keeping me informed of the progress, any conversations with Tenants, all the way through. She made me feel my property was very desirable throughout and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. She has our best interests at heart. This was very reassuring and made me feel that you were helping us quickly and efficiently throughout the process. I have to say this has not been my experience with Estate Agents in the past.

I recently decided to find a new apartment and I was glad to find OKAY.com. Matthieu provided significant help, he took me to five flats which were exactly the kind of apartments I was looking for! He understood exactly my needs and tastes and it saved a lot of my time. Besides, as I am French, it was helpful to have somebody who speaks the same language. I really recommend this agency and specially Matthieu for his patience and kindness. It is never easy to find a new flat and this agency made my life easier.

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
