Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).
