We have been extremely impressed with the way Stephanie has handled the marketing and promotion of our house in Clearwater Bay. Stephanie kept us in the loop with updates on client visits and feedback both from her clients and with her own creative ideas as to how we could improve the property for future tenants. With an extremely efficient and courteous approach. we felt Stephanie made the house a priority and offered first class attention to detail and client service. Following a fallow period using other agents, Stephanie and OKAY.com generated a high footfall of potential clients and we found excellent tenants in a short period of time. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stephanie to anyone else looking, as a tenant or owner. Stephanie also introduced us to a local Management Agent who is now looking after the property on our behalf and proving to be a very welcome resource.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
